Define the purpose: Conduct a thorough analysis to determine the requirements for structuring the C&T team to effectively support the Digital Programme and facilitate the recruitment process
Identification of Business Profile:
Specify the approach: Proactively engage with staff to understand and address their needs,ensuring dynamic involvement throughout the change process
Delivery of C&T Change Activities:
Emphasise actionability: Execute digital program C&T change activities, including the development of realistic change strategies and plans. Monitor performance against these plans using approved documentation templates and tools, ensuring active stakeholder engagement and utilising Trust transformation models
Documentation Development and Maintenance:
Detail the content: Support the development and upkeep of essential C&T, Training, and Benefits documentation, encompassing various plans, communication strategies, engagement materials, training plans, and benefit tracking registers. Also, ensure thorough reporting at different project stages, including lessons learned and benefit realisation
Operational Readiness Support:
Specify support activities: Collaborate with the operational lead to assist divisional leadership in adopting the program's operational readiness approach. Develop necessary documentation, including guides, checklists, and standard operating procedures, to facilitate smooth transition and progress tracking
Go-Live Planning for Cutover:
Clarify responsibilities: Input into the development of a comprehensive plan for the cutover phase, outlining key tasks, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure a successful transition to the new system
Post Go-Live Support:
Outline support mechanisms: Provide ongoing support following the go-live phase to address any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and facilitating smooth adaptation to the new system
Optimisation:
Highlight continuous improvement: Implement optimisation measures to enhance system performance and address any identified gaps or inefficiencies, promoting sustained benefits realisation post-implementation
