Approach
Rapidly recruited and line management of a digital change and benefits team. Development of change strategy approach, development of benefits documentation (Benefits Management Framework, benefits strategy, benefits register, Benefits Realisation Plan, Benefits profiles, Benefits “value achieving workbook”). Facilitation of “Current State Review” (CSR) agenda, working with clinical and non-clicnical workstream leads to define and package change recommendations and activities to move to a “Future State”.
