Requirement

To provide consultancy services for the EPR transformation agenda across EMAP and deliver a comprehensive summarised report to be shared and understood by key stakeholders and wider executive teams

Approach

Data Collection Workbook (DCW) for each Trust to document key findings, local priorities, blockers, risk and  issues, commonalities, key stakeholders and implementation timeframes for procurement and go-live

Deliverable

Comprehensive, summarised report with recommendations of various options and option appraisal for East Midlands Acute Providers (EMAP) to work collaboratively in partnership to deliver Electronic Patient Records (EPRs) programmes and potentially broader digital transformation programmes

Outcome

Recommendation is made that EMAP formally agree to collaborate and come together to create a ‘Design Authority Partnership’ and begin a journey of unlocking and realising the sizable benefits of working together
