Requirement
To provide consultancy services for the ERP transformation agenda across EMAP and deliver a comprehensive summarised report to be shared and understood by key stakeholders and wider executive teams.
Approach
Data Collection Workbook (DCW) for each Trust to document key findings, local priorities, blockers, risk and issues, commonalities, key stakeholders and implementation timeframes for procurement and go-live.
Deliverable
Comprehensive, summarised report with recommendations of various options and options appraisal for East Midlands Acutre Providers (EMAP) to work collaboratively in partnership to deliver Electronic Patient Reports (ERPs) programmes and potentially broader digital transformation programmes.
Outcome
Recommendation is made the EMAP formally agree to collaborate and come together to create a Design Authority Partnership and begin a journey of unlocking and realising the sizable benefits of working together.
