Requirement to provide a complete ‘as-is clinical & operational pathway process mapping’ for 3 Trusts in for preparation of the commencement of a shared EPR with Oracle Cerner

Approach

Recruited and lead a team of business analysts and project support officers on the development of circa. 750 process maps across x12 clinical and operational pathway workstreams, across x3 Trusts.  Held cross-site virtual and in-person workshops to identify and inform commonalties, differences and opportunities for standardisation and alignment to ‘gold standard’ and best ways of working

Circa. 750 visio process maps with supporting description documents, x12 workshop presentation packs with post-workshop capture

Outcome

Recommendation paper submitted with key findings, analysis and assessment of processes, for approval via relevant governance structure for the programme
