Digital Change Consulting played a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive "as-is" clinical and operational pathway process mapping project in preparation for the implementation of a shared Oracle Cerner EPR system across three NHS Trusts.

As a leader of a team of business analysts and project support officers, Digital Change Consulting oversaw the development of approximately 750 detailed process maps across 12 clinical and operational pathway workstreams.
